Helidona - Kopsi Ai Liadon .. a demanding and unusual route. 

Starting from Palio Mikro Chorio and after 1.7km on a forest unpaved road reached the church of Ai Sostis. After some breaths we took the main path that will leads us on Helidona's peak through Kopsi Ai Liadon. Path characterized by a continuous ascents and descents with slopes up to 50%. From the peak (1974) you can have a great view to Agrafa, Velouchi, Vardousia, Giona, Panaitoliko, Kaliakouda ... After eight plus hours we reach the end, we hiked twelve kilometers with an altitude difference of 1100 meters and a total altitude of 1350 meters, backround was a summer temperature who will blame us that the beers are not enough.
